Our data and technology partners, CACI, are conducting a series of focus groups with ProtectUK users as part of a new research project and are seeking participants for sessions taking place from 17-21 March 2025.
If you were a regular user of the ProtectUK App—whether as a business, security professional, or individual with responsibility for public safety—we want to hear from you. Your insights will be invaluable in helping to shape the future of ProtectUK and our digital services.
Sessions will be held online via Teams and will last approximately 1 hour. We will be aiming to discuss:
- a deeper understanding of user needs and contexts
- opportunities for innovation to better meet user needs
- how an app solution may align with the bigger picture of ProtectUK’s mission
- where and when users might engage with an app and the context

Please be aware that focus group slots will be limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will not be able to respond directly to all enquiries received, but if you are not selected for this round of interviews, there will be further opportunities in the near future to be involved in research and feedback.
